At Woodford Bridge Country Club, every day feels like a new adventure waiting to unfold! With an array of activities on offer, you won't have time to be bored. Start your morning off right by sipping a steaming cup of coffee on the terrace, surrounded by stunning views of our idyllic gardens. After becoming one with nature, lace up your hiking boots and hit the scenic trails nearby, where the beautiful Devonshire countryside invites exploration. Should you prefer a more laid-back pace, how about a leisurely game of billiards in the recreation area? There's something here for everyone!

The staff at Woodford Bridge are so helpful and friendly and were able to check us in when we arrived late (just before 10 PM). We were also upgraded to a lodge instead of the apartment we booked which was absolutely incredible and perfect for our 6-day stay. The food at the on-site restaurant is also one of the best meals we've had in a really long time (I had the duck ragu which was phenomenal and my partner had the venison steak which was also incredible). The land that Woodford Bridge Country Club is located on is utterly beautiful and while it is very remote, it's not too far from nearby villages and supermarkets (Waitrose is just a 15-minute drive away). The swimming pool and leisure facilities are great and the little on-site deli shop has delicious produce such as freshly baked sourdough bread, eggs, bacon, sausages, steak and more. There are also dozens of peacocks everywhere who come and visit the accommodation every day which was so lovely!

This is a gem of a country club resort . Staff are in regular contact , texting daily to make sure everything is okay as well as promoting get together activities for those who wish to join in .There is a nice and well heated swimming pool on the resort . There is scope for improvement of the changing facilities whilst we’ve observed the pool area has steadily improved . Our holiday bungalow was spotless , very comfortable with everything you could wish for and so easy to relax in ; there is a walk in shower as well as a bath , lots of storage including a walk in wardrobe and the kitchen not only has full cooking facilities it has a dishwasher and washing machine . Despite the poor weather we had a relaxing holiday .

We stayed at Woodpecker cottage, close to the leisure centre with heated pool, sauna and steam room (was out of order), and upstairs bar. Th house was spacious, open plan kitchen and living room with outside area with table for our Sunday Easter lunch. Bedrooms also spacious and beds super comfortable! All amenities included and complimentary tea and coffee for the 1st day. We were in awe with all the wild peacocks around, a lovely pond/lake with ducks, a playground for the kids. Shout out to Michele at reception for her outstanding customer service and support :)
